Not sure what these brown spots mean

I am running a small hydro grow using Dyna Gro Grow and Liquid Karma. I have not been overdoing it with nutes at all and I have the one gallon res bubbling with a 10" air bubble curtain. Everything has been looking fantastic for the first three weeks(this is day 25 from seed germination and planting in grow pods.A few nights ago it got fairly cold in my grow room, I'd say about 45 degrees. The plants were already showing some droopiness before lights out and in the morning, all three plants were drooping. The plant on the left has always been very healthy with absolutely no droop. I added two 23w/2700k bulbs on the side the day when it got cold, prior to the next morning of droopiness. I had already developed some brownish/copper colored spots on the lover leaves of the healthiest plat, but now the are spreading to a couple of the lower leaves, The upper leaves on all the plants don't seem to have any signs of problems. What are the spots representative of? Should I trim the yellowish spotted leaves off the two plants that have them? The pics with the white background show the plants at day 20 and the rest are from day 25.

I have seen responses to most every post... is there anyone willing to help me with a little diagnosis? I'm a good guy, I promise :)

Looks like a Cal def....Whats your res pH/PPM/EC? How do the roots look? Res temps? What nutes are you using? tpe of water you are using?

Dont cut the leaves off, let them come off by themselves.

Thanks BKB, I did some more research and believe your assessment is correct. I found some pics associated with calcium deficiency and it looks close enough to my problem that calcium is more than likely the issue.
