First timer, been growing plant for about 3 months now and can still see no signs of flowering. I was hoping that flowering would help me guess the sex of the plant. Have been on a flowering cycle (12-12) for 12 days so far. Anyone wanna have a look? Photos attached.

All help appreciated.

hmmm I can't see anything to say female or male myself. Some plants depending on the strain take longer than others to sex. Just keep checkin on it. post some more pics as things come along.

I see no signs of sex YET. Tom put some good pics up of what to look for when it does though. :) Happy growing!

Good point Tom. I have seen this graphic many times before on my travels and have tried to use it and a few other sources as a basis for my guestimation of the sex of plant. I agree a new thread is a bit exessive so apologies for noobery on a forum. I think my real question should have been whether or not it was game over after 3 months and if I should start again. The plant itself has only had a light(CFL 200w) for the later 2 months of what is now a 3 month grow and was worried this could have messed it up a little.

What are the lights on?
24 hours on 0 off
18 hours on 6 off
12 hours on 12 hours off?
The plant will not flower unless it is under 12/12

Now you won't have to make a thread for the most asked question on this forum.

So true. This question is asked way to much...

It's all about patience, you can use the pictures tom has posted in his OP (took it outta the quote to not make a huge comment) to see if your plant is male or female. If it doesn't have either sign yet, THEN YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT!

Hope your plants show sex soon (i've heard some people waited 3 weeks in flower to see sex).

and try to get it as dark as possible for their night cycle.... even a little light may throw off the 12/12.

Am now beginning to see something microscopic growing from branch points. Perhaps something positive but now some of the bottom leaves are going a yellow with dark patches. Too much/not enough nute? Am using bio bizz. have only recently moved to the bloom stuff from the vegetation stuff.
