These 3 seedlings are about 8 days old. They are Shot Adrenaline fem autos. They were started in rockwool cubes after germination, which I don't believe 'll ever do again, and moved to 3 gallon pots at about 6days old. They are under a 400w MH, about 20" above, with a 20/4 light schedule. The soil is Hyponex with about 25% vermiculite. they have been watered once, with 6.0ph and no nutrients. They seem to be very slow to get any kind of size but don't seem to have any other visible issues. Am I being impatient or have I somehow started this grow off improperly?

When you watered them how much water did you use? Was there runoff?

I did ph the rockwool for around 2 hours and watered the pots until there was a small runoff.
Well theres your answer. You over watered the seedling. I feed them at that size with a spray bottle or a syringe, two or three times a day, teeny amounts of water. Its only the size of a corn nut. It cant drink a whole pot full of water. Too much water stops the growth. Just let it dry out and start giving it little doses of water and it should take right off.

All good my friend. Over watering and over feeding are the most common rookie mistakes but it happens. If you figure out to do them both right thats half the battle.
