So when i get baked i dont get hungry. I will eat once a day, usually lunch. I weigh 245. If I keep this up will I lose weight any bad side effects? I used to smoke all day everyday and be in shape then i quit and i gained weight. Now im back smoking everyday at night for a month.

Your metabolism comes into play, as well as genetic factors. But weight loss is just the differential between calories in vs. calories out. Get an app where you track your diet and exercise, those new wrist bands are great for it. Everything I have read and experienced has made me believe that small meals often is the best way to get your calories. If you are not hungry try smoothies or those meal replacement bars or shakes. Make sure you are getting the right nutrients and vitamins, the apps usually tell you. Supplement with vitamins if you need to. It is better for your body and brain function to always be mostly satiated during your waking hours for optimal body performance and so you don’t get any major sugar crashes after large meals which can affect your mood and how you physically feel.
I have a hard time eating if I stop smoking weed, until I get adjusted to it. Good luck!
Also when you have a higher muscle mass, your body burns more calories. You need to go off of BMI (Body Mass Index) not actual weight on the scale. Waist circumference is a good way to measure weight loss, or how your clothes are fitting you. You can gain 20 pounds of muscle and loose 20 pounds of fat and the scale will read the same but you’ve just completely changed the way you look.

Yes. I find loss of appetite derived from wake and bake. For many many years I could not eat before noon at all. I always weighed the same regardless, around 145lb's. I lost about 8 pounds in the last 6 months, eating like a bird. I found that I have increased my appetite exponentially since I started eating pot cookies first, followed by a banana, then my coffee. I understand now why banana is part of the B.R.A.T. diet, they do not make me nauseous like most food first thing in the AM.

Just realized I forgot to take my antipsychotic last night because I may have been too full of Christmas cheer. So I tried with milk this morning and it didn't take; threw up. Stomach will be wonky for the rest of the day I'm sure. I'm very not hungry now; going to need to force something down eventually.

Try a banana, it worked for me. Milk is not a great choice for an upset stomach. Lactic acid is VERY abrasive/corrosive.

Starving yourself isn't healthy at all dude. You're not going to lose body fat that way, you will lose muscle instead. Believe me or not, but you have to eat and exercise if you want to lose weight. Eat 3 sensible meals a day, most importantly, a good breakfast. You have to keep your metabolism going and starving yourself out definitely won't do it. Eat your 3 healthy sensible portioned meals and go for a 5k walk everyday and you will lose the body fat soon enough.

Cut pop and candy and junk food out of your diet also and drink plenty of water.

These are easy and simple things anyone can do, so there's really no excuse for you to be sloppy overweight.

Personally, exercising is the best way to get my appetite back.

Also, it helps your body recover and flush toxins. I'm not very hungry early in the morning but I still drink some milk and eat a banana/apple. Find what's best for your routine, but my advise is to focus on:
1 - Exercise (walk->jog->run ; gym ; sports)
2 - Sleep well (a tired body accumulates fat a LOT faster), at least 7hs of sleep every night

I lost 24 pounds in 2 months. Now Im watching what I eat. I would like to get under 200 soon

Incorporate some serious deadlifts and squats in your fitness regimen. Not only will your metabolism rejuvenate but you can use marijuana for muscle soreness later on. Nothing like a nice thick joint after a heavy dead/squat session el frendo
