not growing

this is a top 44 strain and its into 5 weeks of flower and it was growing really fast and last 2 weeks it stopped not sure using 150w hps and 70w hps on the side so please help

how close have you got the lights and ....any other information.

A fast growth spurt when flowering starts is normal, then it wont grow any taller or bushier, only the flowers will grow into buds etc.
Your plants are kind of small for the flowering stage, how long did you veg them for?
What medium and or nutes are you using?
Maybe a photo of the whole plant and pot etc. will help?

im using a 4 liter medium im using flora nova for the nute 3 weeks veg the flowers stopped growing and same with the height

heres a picture of whole plant its my first grow and when i water it 1 mintue after i water it the leaves get really limp for like a hour then they are ok but its only after i water

are you watering though the bottom pot Or though the soil at the top as the soil get dry and you wanna give the plant more water .. at a time
