my plants sprouted bout 3 weeks ago and wont grow very much...whats my problem

You're growing outdoors right? They're small for their age no doubt, I would transfer to bigger pots, those are too small for 3 week old seedlings.

well to begin with they definitely need to be in something a little more spacious than what they're in right now...
