Not growing???? (pics)

I grew 3 plants from seeds and only one was a successful female. I started the plant under a light but moved it to a open window about a month ago. It has been about a month and a half and the plant is only about a inch tall and looks like a palm tree. Is this normal for it to grow this slow?

2nd picture is of a male. They were both planted at the same time.





This is a male but compare sizes this one was thrown out about a week ago.

Its about 2 inches.
Could it be because of the cold weather?

i doubt either of those plants are showing are showing signs of sex...

How do you know their sex?

Why is it not under the light?

yes it was male had huge pollen sacks and one semi opened.
The Female has the white supres.
I think its the natural light making it flower.
My clone is flowering next to it.

the plants should be under a light for 18 hours a day 6 hours off for at leat 4-5 weeks depending on ur lights!otherwise ur plant could do what it did and stretch badly,but other then that make sure ur plant gets at least 12 hours of sunlight a day since u see signs of sex already its in the flower stage so dont messi t up or it might become a hermie.if u need any help growing or have any ?s just hit me up with a PM ive done so much research and know alot about all diff types of grows and lights and etc... so hit me up if u need any help!

Agreed,that plant wont yield much more then a joint i would just restart a new grow and do it proper this time around 18-6 light cycle for 4-5 weeks depending on ur lights,then switch to 12-12 to flower

these were under 18-6 for 4 weeks.

they dont look like they were unless u were using the smallest light possible.my plant is only not even 2 weeks old and it has more leaves then urs and im using a 26 watt CFL.idk though maybe they r just fucked up

My seedlings are bigger than that in less than 4 days.....

like tom said start over,we r not ripping on ur grow at all but ur plants just wont yield much and its just wasting ur time at this point.Get some decent seeds or even some bag seed and start over,what lights were u using???!???

You won't get more than an eighth for all your troubles, doesn't seem worth it to me at all

exactally,im still wondering what kind of lights u were using?because if u did VEG for 4 weeks ur plant should be a beast even under just DECENT lights

25 watt incandescent maybe?

lol yea for real.my cfls r doing the job for me and im just using one at the moment and my less then 2 week old baby is a beast compared.If u need any help on what lights to use or nething ill help u out bro,let us all know ur setup and what u were doing that caused ur baby to go from a plant to a tree without much bush!

I'm using a old light from a fish tank> Eclipse, Natural Day light, 18 inch florescent bulb.
