Not good at math: How many plants could I fit in this size Cabinet?

The dimensions are:

26.5" Deep
12" Wide
32.25" Tall

Using DWC and CFL if that matters.

Would that apply to SCROG as well?

For example: The Super Locker dimensions are 15"W x 24"D x 66" H (close to the size I will be using)
and it has a 8 plant SCROG growing system.

Depends, one or two with a scrog or, 6 give or take in sog. That's what I think

Maybe I am getting SCROG and SOG confused.
So, SOG could accommodate 6 plants in that size?

wow that's an expensive locker looks like the pick has 6 holes so it sort of answers its own question don't you think .

Wow I didn't click on the locker link, for that price... Lol

Why would you buy that? I could understand if it was cheap. I would rather DIY a cabinet or armoire or something for cheaper.

I'm not buying it, I agree it's too expensive, I just am using as size comparison to my DIY cabinet.
