Northern Lights X BB 22 days Black/white/yellow spots on leaves Pics included

A little history
1 week days back my plant had sun burn due to mylar use in sunlight. It seems to have recovered and new leaves and no burns and i transplanted 3 days back.

Whats Wrong?
Yellowing seems to have stopped but Now I am seeing all this black lines in young leaves, white spots. It does not look healthy. Is this algae, bug, deficiency or just transplant shock
What i Did!

Sprayed tea tree oil mixed with water on leaves twice a day. I keep my grow area clean and recently even sprayed a little bug spray around corners of room. Will look for a magnifier but i do not have it for now.

Lights: 1 each of 6500k * 40w 1.5 inches from top, 13w*5000k 1/2inch on side, 13w*3000k 1/2inch on side Medium: Microwaved Miracle Grow Potting Soil , transplanted 3 days back into 2.3 gallon AirPot
Seed: World of seed Northern Lights X Big Bud Time: 19hrs on 5hrs off, 2hrs of sun twice a week temperature 74-78f
Humidity: Indoor , no idea, i spray distilled water on it 3-4 times a day but CFL heat usually doesn't keep it wet.
Watering 2ce a week until i see it come out of drain
Days: 22
Ph: pic attached 6-6.5, colour looks like 6.5 when i shake it, 6.0 when soil settles down.
Earlier record: Even before transplant the plant had minor yellow burns on old leaves as my mylar created hot spots in sun.

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688 looks like boron that ph chart should be light green, 6 is way to low for soil, 6.8 is what your aiming for with soil....ph up!!!

oh... now I see that u used mircle grow soil... first mistake, that shit works good for 3 weeks then turns to complete shit. your pics are the proof of that!!... 2nd dont microwave your soil.... there are benifical bacteria in there that produce all sorts of micro nutes and the micro kills them.. lol but any way, pro-mix ,vermiculite, perlite, and ph up... backe the lights off a bit too, probably 3-4inches away with cfls.
