Northern Lights, White Widow, Glueberry and Tang Dream

I popped seeds at end of April, 4 Northern Lights from Nirvana, a White Widow from Dinafem, Tangerine Dream from Barneys and Glueberry OG from Dutch Passion. 100% on popping. Yay! and into solo cups for a week.

Moved them to 5 gallon buckets full of FFOF with mycorrhizae added.

Using 200W COB lights from Timber Grow Lights (LOVE these lights).

Tent is a 3x3 with 6" filter.

They are pictured below at 4 weeks and just flipped yesterday to 14 on/ 10 off (experimenting after reading Ed Rosenthals book).

All plants have been topped except White Widow which I fim'd. Thought I'd give that a try. I had mainlined an earlier plant but 7 plants mainlined in a 3x3 tent would be too much. Maybe I'm wrong.

Plants are all budding up nicely. All are about 24" tall. Pics coming soon. Going to be a good crop, esp. the Tang Dream!

Im doing NL too in my closet under a 300 w led. Im trying to keep it about 32" tall and round by the end. How long would you recommend i veg? Mine look almost the same size as yours at 4 weeks which is today for mine

I vegged mine for 4 weeks and they are all about 30" high now and hopefully don't get taller! I had to move my fan out of the closet and on top of my tent to make more vertical space in the tent for my lights. Pics:

Beautiful! Gives me hope lol. Wow im really shocked at the stretch it made after you flipped. I too have ed rosenthals book and ive started 16-8 and will continue to decline until 12-12. Im very glad i cane across this bc i would have let mine veg longer bc of their size. I see that they will stretch a lot.

I'd go straight to 12/12 for flowering. I think easing into it just prolonged the transition to flower mode.

nice run, dude!
everything's looking really healthy, can you say something about your feeding schedule? what fertilizer / supplements you're using?

would be cool to see closer pics of the Ca-deficiency..
I am doing NL/Nirvana also right now, and also have some minor Ca related problems... are your NLs all fems?

So it's so close to harvest time I'm only using ph'd water right now. My last feeding was only ph'd water and calmag in an effort to correct the deficiency. I have 3 NL but only 1 of which is having this problem but I've only got a week left so I'm not sure there's much to do at this point. Prior I was using GH trio and cal mag at around 1/2 to 3/4 strength and soil is FFOF with coco and perlite mixed in. Best of the bunch is the tangerine dream. She is really filling out nicely! More bud pics coming later this week. I also added a 300W CFL this last week to help boost the available light and that seems to be working nicely.

The Northern Lights hairs did not change colors nearly as much as the other strains. Harvest based soley on trichomes (cloudy to amber).

I never dry weighed it but 1 qt jar of Glueberry, 1 qt jar of White Widow, 1 qt. jar Tang Dream and 3 qt jars of Northern Lights. Enough to keep me stocked for a bit. I'm happy.
