Hey guys first grow I have two Skywalker OG kush and 1 Real bushy Northern Lights a friend gave me. My grow room is in an attic the ceiling is about 7 ft from the ground.

I don't have the proper reflector hood i built a cheap one from tinfoil and card board (very limited budget right now) anyway the light is almost at its max height and since switching to 12/12 they have taken off like crazy so i'm running out of space with the two skywalkers, I have no worries about the northern lights but don't know what to do if the SW grow any taller. The skywalkers seem to be just starting to bud while the Northern lights is quite a bit further along.

Also wondering if you guys agree that the "Northern Lights" is in fact northern lights.

These pics were taken a couple of days ago I will post more after 6pm when my lights come on. forgive me for the neck crank friggn I phone

Edit They are in an attic but i have an air conditioner just so no one thinks i'm crazy for growing in an attic

Your not doing anything wrong man, here's a little advice too. The sw plants, take some string and tie the tall branches down so they are lower from your light. It will prevent your probs for this run.

now that you've established sky walker has a stretch to her, throw her in a little smaller next time when you start to flower. If I have plants that I know are too big to flower just from how big they are in veg, I either top them so they are shorter or bend the branches as they stretch. My room consist of many strains some are sativas so every now and I get a back up in veg and the plant exceeds my height restrictions.

Take a look at lst ( low stress training) topping ect. It's all in this site then u can have pics to reference from too.

if you work some of those stems in the right spot you can bend the tops of the branches over a bit. Go slow it can break if you bend too fast. Use the string to hold the branch in place. You'll learn more I'm just trying to give yas a quick fix.

hope this helps ya
