so heres the smoke report for the PeakSeedsBC Northern Berry. Ill start with strain info first
Northernberry (indoor/outdoor)
F1 hybrid. Northern Lights #5 (BCSC) Female pollinated with a Blueberry(SAG) male. Potent, sticky and productive. Very popular. 60/40* indica/sativa. Eight-nine weeks flowering indoors. Medium-med/tall height
I grew it in a microgrow set up started dec 15th at 12/12 from seed and chopped march 5th at 8 1/2 weeks after i saw sex
it was hung dry for 4 days then put into a jar until this morning
per plant avg was 5 grams. in a 5 oz cup. bud to leaf ratio was, well.. there was all bud pretty much
smoke report:
I rolled the tricome covered sparkling bud into a nice fat zig zag and fired it up. the first hit was a strong one. smooth for how little of a cure it had and it had a 50/50 hashy/blueberry flavor to it. being that this is the first blueberry crossed plant i ever grew i wasn't expecting it to actually smell and taste that fruity. after about half a joint i had to put it down because at that moment was so high that it felt like i was having a mild acid trip. of course not as insane as acid. but it was probably the highest i've gotten of a joint. I give it a solid B+ the reason it doesn't get an A is because the bud is not as dense as i would have liked but that might have been due to the fact that the plant was stressed having to live in a tiny space.
below are some pics of the bud i got from 2 plants. it might not look like much but they were not super cropped in any way and the average plant hight of both was about 6.5" so i think these plants did well for how tiny they where.
