NorthEast Ohio New Outdoor Grow Temp?

well i planted 2 seeds right by the river before it started raining real bad here up in northeast ohio they were about 1 inch out of the ground with only 2 leaves then then it started raining real bad and temps dropped down to the 40s its been raining for about 2 weeks now and they are still growing , i thought it had to be atleast 65 for them to grow?? and is all this rain good for the plants .. its gonna be raining for another week or so

the plants will grow they just grow faster in good weather, and as long as you have them outside the flood stage you should be fine
