hello to you all i am new to the site & new to growing i have so much to learn.
well i have been reading posts on forums like this one i did some googling & youtubing for the pass week none stop
i gather alot of info but their is still some question i need answers & everywhere i people are asking to grow 6 to 10 plants & i notice that all the needs for someone like that is not mine this is what i mean i only wanna grow 2 to 3 plants max for personal use.
so let me tell you guys what i have to work with i don't have alot of space & i am on a budget of 400 max to start out with.
i also don't wanna run my light bill to the sky.
so based on my space budget & work space & amount of plants i wanna grow i gather this list up
i wanna go with cfl's cheap & works
i also am going with a growing tent
list of what i wanna get.

& please just tell me everything else i may need & what may work for my personal needs.
