My question is , My plant is flowering and getting too tall. Does anyone have any good tying down technique s that wont stress my girl????

or any at all????:wall:

I like to just bend them over i think that it is called super cropping. I do it to mine when i got a mix of plants and it never seams to shock them to much at all if at all. Just grab the stem where you want to bend it and smash-rub hard in one spot till it gits a little soft and then bend it over at that spot.

Yes. It will get more light and air circulation to the budsites.

About 1/3 from the base of the stem, give the stem a pinch. You dont want to crush it, just tenderize it a bit. Push the stem down and give it a twist as you do so.

You may need to secure it down with some twine, or a wire hook.

Depending on the light you're using.. in the future you can keep the light as close to the plant as possible without burning it so the plant won't have to search for the light and elongate.

LST is the best method. It wont really, if at all, stress your plant. Hence the name, low stress training. Tie it down so it's bent over. I did it the full bent over when i did mine but you can bend it more every day. The stems will then start bending towards the light like an hour or two after you tie it down.
