Noob Question Regarding Temp/Humidity

Hey guys and gals, mucho thanks for any/all help you can offer. As stated, I am an absolute novice at growing -- to be honest, at the moment I'm just trying to "save" a little seedling that a buddy of mine has given up on. So far so good

Anyway, my question is in regards to grow room temp and humidity. I have had little problem keeping my grow room at that average temp (25C - 77F), I could NOT get my humidity over 50 or 51% no matter how hard I tried; I had read 80% is best. Since I don't have enough cash for a humidifier at the moment, I "borrowed" my girlfriend's vegetable steamer and have been running that in the closet -- it raised the humidity to about 77%.

Since I can't run her steamer all day, I was wondering -- should I continue to run the steamer occasionally, causing the humidity to raise and fall between 51 and 77% -- OR, is it better to just leave the humidity at a constant 50?

Hey ganja! Around 70% for early seedling development, 55-70% during veg and 30-40% during flower

Marc Emery always said the bud produces much more resin as the RH gets below 20%.

I wouldnt sweat the humidity.

So far as temps, your right on target, 75 is ideal.
