Wuttup y'all. Im not sure if im posting this nI the right place. I didnt see a dumb noob question secction. Lol

If I'm trying to make some seeds, do the conditions & environment effect the quality of the seeds I harvest?

For instance, say I harvested seeds from some plants grown under t5's in less than optimal conditions and also harvested seeds from plants grown under hps in great conditions.

Would all those seeds be able to produce great plants as long as the genetics were good? Or would the t5 seeds produce shittt plants?

they will be fine, as long as the plants reach maturity ok under the t5 immature grey seeds are not good
if you do it right many folk grow fine with t5

imo too, any light that can finish/mature the plants properly will do. I'm using some LED's that I use for veg, they suck at flowering from a yield/density perspective but I've done a few runs now for seeds and they turn out fine. Like skunk said, maturity is the key.

As the boys above say ...just let your babes go .....to full maturity, I prefer to lean my doode male on 45 degree on a large mirror of even glass picture frame, each morning scrap up the pollen with a knife and apply to the lower female branches with a Q-tip or drop to a bag and in your shower invert bag over the whole plant.

Male pollen control is vital as perhaps you don't wont to do the whole crop, you can keep a branch of a male in a glass of water, even freeze the pollen its good to a max of 6 months ...just avoid water
