You don't need to pH growing in that soil unless you're water is crazy high or low from a well. Tap water is already pH'd typically between 7.5 and 8.0 to prevent leaching from the pipes. That soil has dolomite lime in it which will buffer the pH. Millions of people use similar soils and just water plants straight from the tap. If you were growing in coco or hydro then pH needs to be monitored and adjusted. I never adjust pH when growing in soil. Think of all the people growing plants in soil that have the same basic requirements as cannabis. My grandmother never ph'd when watering her plants. Nurseries water plants with municipal water. Chlorine, chloramine, pH levels and their plants all grow just fine.
