What all are you working with in your setup right now and we can help give suggestions. We cant just give advice just from you saying what type of strains you are growing. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but thats like asking if I slam my dick in the door how bad will the damage be. Get my drift. Try researching a setup that will work for you and then once you get an idea of what you are running send the questions. Good luck

No I understand lol, we know what strains I have
Right now I have a 3gallon hydropon kit to start
250 14w Led lights and hps 150w I believe (wasnt sure , can I use both? And what lights do i need to start with )
A digital timer...whats missing ? Do I need nutes for my setup? Does the type of water matter ? What should my lighting schedule be like? Seeds per pot?
I dont wanna sound redundant or dum but theirs a lot more to growing then people inetionally realize , and I see its gonna take quite a bit of dedication and I wanna make sure I atleast start off right ...I will proably be growing in a large room , will that be a problem?

Assuming this is your first grow. Don't overnute your plants, especially in hydro. You can kill them very fast. Less is more. Meaning more nutrients won't make them grow faster, but it sure as shit will kill them faster.

Its a big pain in the ass once your veg stage is over because you Auto is obviously going to need a long light cycle throughout its life cycle if you want to get decent results out of it i.e. 24/0 or 20/4 just for examples. And once your photo period plant is past its vegetation stage you are going to need to change its light cycle to 12/12 to induce flowering. Just not a wise idea for a new grower especially trying to grow them hydro. I would suggest against it imho

Can you really put one seed in a pot ? Does it seem like my set up is missing pieces ? What kind and type of lighting would you reccomend starting with
