Noob 2nd grow in big screen projection tv

Wassup all!

Well I can say that I am addicted to growing. My first grow I must say did very well...yeilded around 6.5oz off of three plants. Two of which were vegged for about a month-sexed then back to veg and flowered for about two months. The third was a 12/12 from seed I threw in for experimentation purposes. They were started under cfl's then 4x4 tube cfls, then I added a 150hps and finally added a 400mh and a 1000hps. As a noob I used miracle grow spikes, but the more I studied on riu I learned more on nutes and eventually flushed and started to manual feed with joy-juice. Never had any problems with bugs or disease...and they were all bagseed! I messed up and chopped one too early, still great smoke though. Zero seeds! I also failed to cure properly, well my better half would had no patience and started blazing away before they were proper-proper...Well that was that and even though I harvested that crop around the first week of May...sad to say smokahontas (the wife) has depleted my stash. I completely gutted a 55" projection tv
Painted white
Divided the space 80/20
Plan to use one side for mother and the other for perpetual flowering
Mother side has the cfl's and using my 150hps for flower.
I want to use my 400mh for veg/mother and 1000 for flower, but the space is minimal and I will lose control of heat. I have an old fan from a dehumidifier and a muffin fan for exhaust. Running all negative pressure. I will get a couple clip fans today or tomorrow for circulation, but as it stands it's pretty cool in there and it is 90degrees where I am at. I know that it won't last long, and plus I only have the cfls running right now. temp is at 84 right now.

I am stuck on exactly what nutes to use going forward though...so far I'm thinking GH series...
I still have a lil time though maybe two weeks before I start that regimen.
As far as soil, I am going to stick with the good ole big lot's organic stuff I used in my first grow.

I thought about setting up a diy DWC, but I think I will wait to try that method until after this harvest. I am still am noob, and there are so many techniques I want to perfect growing in soil.

Ok so I have 12 planted right now. Waiting for 25 more to pop so they can go in the dirt Won't have space for all of them so a few will go outside after a couple weeks...(an outdoor grow experiment) I will keep two mothers indefinitely, and try to run as many as I can on the flower side. Min of 4 at all times under the 150...I will probably supplement the hps with some more cfl's, or if I can figure a way to control temp I will install the 400mh/hps. The whole point is to get to perpetual harvest mode, so some will become 12/12s right after they pop.

Like I said I don't really have the space I'd like but this has to work until I can get rid of my tenant and access my basement freely, by the time this crop is done I should have that space.

I have some questions from you guys! I have to tell you first though that without riu I would have messed up that first grow no doubt I'm so appreciative of all the great info here. And you guys are welcoming too. Thank You. I have so much respect for the art of growing now. It is truly my pastime at this stage of my life...anyway now that the mushy stuff is said, my questions are:

1. Can anyone think of a way to maximize this grow space to it's fullest potential? Any suggestions are appreciated.

2. Will it help to add bags/blocks of ice thru the summer to reduce heat, and if so then will a dehumidifier be necessary?

3.If I go 12/12 which I will at some point, can and when should I take clones from those particular plants?

Well not too many questions, I know the answers are all thru these threads, but some real time input is always better.

Anyway here are some pics of the setup with 12 planted in the seedling crate. So far nothing has sprouted, but I just put them in today. Please tell me what you think good and bad.
I plan to keep everything updated here so I hope I can get some followers.

Oh and I know there are light leaks! I have to still put some finishing touches on the space. Tuck all the wires and throw some mylar over the partition wall. But I'm eager to get going and those things will be taken care of asap.

I Belive u can take clone till about the 2-4 week of flowering but not a 100% on that

Thx Southtexasman... I will be improving the setup over the next few days. Hopefully I can get something good going.

My babies are poppin up! but before we get to that... did some fine tuning to the space. picking up a couple of things for proper ventilation/circulation asap. Not that it's needed, temps are in range,no real worry about odors yet...more then sufficient lighting, however I will be adding a 250 in the flowering chamber.... leaks are taken care of. added thermal mylar...balanced with white paint, more mylar in future perhaps. Wires tucked neatly. added a 3light bar w/100watt cfls and a 2ft tube fluoro to veg chamber....just wanna be ready for anything that comes...make it nice and comfy for my lil girls also I plan to move into a perpetual situation. pics to come inna couple hrs! #sleeping giant

Here is what I have so far. Watering three times a day drip sysytem 1 minute intervals. I have eight 6500k 4' fluorescents. Bigger plants 9 days old and smaller 4 days. I am jazzed. Never have given any thought to growing weed, or anything else for that matter. Very nice, i was just asking my old neighbor if he had his old 55incher still. He got rid of it I was gona stick my 55" Plasma inside haha! Best of luck with your grow.

Really cool stealth box idea I hope it works out for you. Ironically instead of watching tv you get to watch your plants grow! You've traded up, that old girl beats any new big screen in my book

love the tv idea, is there anyway to vent that HPS outside the box.
