Non-cultivating caregiver???

Has anyone signed up for this? The reason I am asking is I have a friend with MS and I have my card and she has hers but if I had this could I deliver her meds from our caregiver? Just wanted to see what was up and if anyone is having success with it. Thank you

I'm not 100% on this but I think the non growing cg has to be immediate family? or maybe just aomeone that lives with the person.

any way I.dont think it can be just anyone. I have to look for something in the law later anyway so I'll give it a check while I'm there.

totally forgot about this thread but I coulsnt get to the law for some reason on my phone, but based on info that I did find, I think previous post may have been incorrect but I dont have enough info to.be. definitive.
