Has anyone tried growing plants in a non 24 hour light cycle? I've tried to search, but I see a lot of questions about 24/0 vs 20/4 vs 18/6 etc... but I was wondering if anyone tried something like 12/4 or 10/4 or anything like that. (or even 24/6 or 30/6)
I'm trying to grow hot peppers and use some of the research that has been done with marijuana. If flowering and fruiting with peppers is analogous to flowering in marijuana, then I wouldn't be able to use a 24/0 light cycle, right? The plant will never flower and produce fruit?
If no one has tried this before, maybe I'll just experiment and see what happens.
