Maybe my terminology is off, but I think I am confused on what is considered a node.. (i'm old school)

Is a node the considered a set the two leaves or a set of four together... I think I may have been calling it the wrong thing for years...

HI...

The red circle is an example of "symetrical nodes" on "secondary growth"...

The Blue circles are examples of "Alternating Nodes".

Garden Knowm,
i looking at the pic in your gallery. the one under the cfls... Does that have 4 or 5 nodes ??? Or am I completely off ??
