Node Spacing

Is it good to have node spacing as small as possible?

I currently have a seedling which is starting its 4th true node, and is less than a inch tall ( from baby leaves to top )

Should i make it stretch more to space them out abit?

Also is it good for this size seedling to be starting to grow branches?

Thanks.

I have always seen this as a good sign, a sign of strength.

It was always the too lanky plants that our small lights made that
was the problem we had to deal with.

I am growing a SOG of AK-47s and love how dense they are coming up,
in spite their being in the stretch.

Good luck,

JD

I get 6" or thereabouts on my first months growing time. After that they explode. I see a lot of pics of plants on this website that the poster claims to be 2 weeks old that I have a hard time believing is actually two weeks old. Whatever, none of my business.
