No till noob lookin for help

Hi guys, i have a 5x5 tent with a mars hydro600 Led 214actual watt
65%rh and 25c lights on
Lights off: Same rh and temp drops to 20c before light comes back on. Light is 3ft away from plants right at the top.(is this still too much for babys)
I have been swapping the positions of the plants around put the two at front today incase it was hot spots from lights as my tent walls are not straight due to space.
No co2 but i have a constant outside intake that shuts off when it gets below 20 at lights off.
I have 4 different strains. Two have taken a turn for the worse over this week and the other two are just showing the same symptoms of dying leaves from the bottom
Up and a yellowing but the veins are still green on the leaves.
They are in a first cycle of no till soil. I made the batch up myself after experiencing the exact same same problems with my previous attempt but i was using a sensi grow/bloom a and b. The soil was called plant magic and i thought it was too hot for young plants.i fed them last time at this stage 1/4strenth and i burnt them what resulted in a funky looking plant ive also pictured its two months on now and still alive.
My new soil contains : coco 40% 20%compost 20% worm castinggs 10%perlite 10%rock dust
Then i planted the seeds into this base mix.
I then amended with bone blood and fish meal for base npk then calcified seaweed for cal and mag and rock dust (loads of micro nutes), mycroiza fungi and a powdered inoculant(beneficial microbes)
Theb i let it cook for 6 weeks before adding it to the bottom of the 5gal pots then layering the base mix to the top and then transplating these girls into it. Its been 2weeks since transplant. Two seemed to do well but are dyying at the bottom
As well now. Plants are around 4weeks old from seed(maybe less)
I was watering with molasses but ive cut that off when they started to turn ive since just watered with plain water ph6.5 untouched mineral water from store as my tap water is 600ppm.
Ive watered in some compost with worm cast yesterday (im watering once a week)
Not sure what to do guys as this is my first set of indoor photo periods and first go at no till. i usally grow autos outside in homemade compost and coco in a green house feeding with the sensi salt nutes and they turn out ok.
Im thinking the base mix wasnt strong enough and they havnt found the 'super soil' mix at the bottom half of pot.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Tia and toke on guys.

Ever try foliar feeding coconut water aloe, fpe ?

Roots can only do so much . Foliar feeding really helps pal

No i haven't tried that. I was spraying with liquid seaweed. And im going to epsom salt as its looking like a mag deficiency. See if that helps. How often should i spray? Thanks fornyour advice dude

Honestly man you've got enough going on in that soil. And watering with molasses is not to be done regularly.
I'd say you need nothing more than some plain water.
I've got plants in Solo's, in nothing but a basic mix the same age as yours and twice the size that have received nothing but distilled water.
Just keep giving them the store bought distilled water, don't adjust pH, don't even check it's ppm 0 the soil will adjust it.
Reduce your amount of light by at least 30% while they're adjusting and eventually they should grow out of it.
I'm far from an expert man but you can grow a plant in bagged soil with just water, but on the other hand it's very easy to fk it up when you start throwing shit in there chasing deficiencies that may actually be locked out nutrients.
Just my 2 cents, err on the side of caution.
Good luck hopefully someone more experienced than me comes along.

You guys have bad water? Whats with the distilled?

Im in the country , spring fed, 140ppm with a uv light inline. No chlorine or additives.

Ph at the tap about 6.2.

Next day after the carbonic acid dissolves out of the water it raises to about 7.5

Think i should be on distilled ?

They dont seem to mind so far .

Municipal water, has chloramine.
You're water is probably fine, if it's working for what your doing than why fuck with it.
But for living soil I want zero chloramine and zero sodium present.
I've got enough problems without em! Lol

Yeah shitty city water... Bleh

Move to the country :)
Funny u say that I actually am. Get the keys to my new place at the end of the month, than have a full month to actually do the moving. Will be nice and relaxed and enable me to move my plants within their light schedule. Only moving fifteen minutes away but will have a lot more space and a well to draw water from.
Will just have to get it tested because it is near some farms. House has a uv filter but I will prob need an ro system.

Yes less is defo more and i know this as last time this happened i burnt them with chemical nutes.
They had a compost slurry with seedsprouts two days ago and i sprayed them with cal mag yesterday and one has perked up slightly. The other looks the same but new growth looks a little greener.
Thanks guys

Thanks but I'm just gunna roll with the punches on the one. I'm only renting and everything else with the place is good so I gotta take it. Current landlord is selling.
Righton renting isnt bad.

Ive heard horror stories of people buying property with bad water and cant drill or find more water . The property goes from a pofit to a money pit.
