no power.......?

I live in an apartment, and they were doing some work on the power lines, so when I got home I found out that my power was out for 5hrs, that means my plants got 17hrs of darkness-/ Day 21 of flowering
( my 12/12 cycle is from 9pm-dark to 9am-light ) Should I keep my normal schedule and go dark at 9pm ??

You should have no problems just continue you usual cycle.

Yes same schedule imagine nature, storms, etc not everything has to be perfect just let it finish out today
