No pollen?

Ok so today I was watering all my girls and I was looking them up and down real good and I noticed that my tall ass sativa plant had 4 or 5 balls on her/it. I know what hermaphrodites are and thats what I had, so I went ahead and pulled the damn thing. I noticed one of the pollen sacs had opened like a little flower, but there was no pollen anywhere to be found. Can a pollen sac open and have no pollen in it? I'm hoping this is the case because I looked all around my grow area and couldn't find any evidence of pollen. Isn't it suppose to be yellowish? I cleaned the area real good and put my 5 remaining girls back. Will I be ok?

I did some research and the pollen is apparently really hard to see with the naked eye. I guess my new question is how many seeds do you think one pollen sac can produce?
