I have a plant with no leafs 3 weeks away from harvest and seems to stopped growing.is this because of the leave cut off and will I get anything off this plant now

will it stunt em and take 2 weeks longer or just small yield coz there not growing for a good week or 2 week now,its the leafs that are growing‍
