No Hair and no Balls, what am I?

I bought 10 Feminized auto flowering AK47 seeds from Lowryder...8 seeds made it, one plant was a male and he was euthanized and one plant has not budded and is without Balls or Hair? The other 6 are loaded with buds and are all female. I'd estimate about an ounce on each so far? What is with the hairless ball-free assexual one? Could this be a non-auto flower that is still vegging out? Or is this a freak of nature non-sexual plant that is useless.

I will try to post some pics of this and my 34 year old seeds that germinated(I will post on other post)

Try giving the one that hasn't switched 12 hours of light. You can do this by simply pulling it out in the evening and leaving it in a closet or something. Do this for a week or two and see if it solves the problem.
