nitrogen toxicity??

Hi guys, I've done a lot of reading, but I'm still not sure if I'm right about the problem. I don't want to misdiagnose and end up hurting it worse. I haven't given any extra nutes because I'm growing in organic kind soil, but I also haven't watered to run off. Also don't want to flush unless absolutely necessary. Help please? :)

My setup
Light: 300w Bloomspect full spectrum L.E.D
Soil: 2.7 pounds of organic kind soil and ffof on top
Container: 3 gallon fabric pot
Water: tap water after sitting out for a day or 2. (Ph meter coming this week) every 3-4 days
Plant: fast buds gorilla glue auto, day 24.
Temp: 68.6F lights off, 76.4f lights on (ignore the hi-low on the hygrometer)
Humidity: between 40-50 usually

I would recommend ignoring that, you attempt to help will most likely hurt it more that help it. I would say it is a little nute burnt but over all in great shape. You can kill it with kindness really easily. Keep up the good work

Thanks for the quick response. My biggest worry even more than the yellow tips is the dark leaves (which it is indica dominant) and some random leaves throughout, mostly undergrowth are clawing at the tips!
