Nitrogen Toxicity .. What to do please ?

Hi guys, I got two plants outdoor that have been flowering for a month now
One of them is just fine (apart from bottom leaves that turn yellow and fall), but the other one is on the picture, she's showing some curly leaves .. and only nutrients I been giving are for flowering both low in Nitrogen !
Don't know why it showed toxicity ?
Any help from you people ?? Thnx alot !

She's healthy, almost all leaves are flat, no worries.

Yes it's just in 3 branches in the sides .. I will reduce nutrients probably .. no ?

You could drop them a little but I wouldn't really cut them a lot until final week.
