Nitrogen Toxicity - Fixing

Thanks in advance everyone!
This is my first grow...2 plants from bag seed, 2x4x5 tent. Spider Farmer SF2000 LED set at 80% and 18” above the canopy. Plants are 4 weeks from sprout. Topped to 3rd node for mainline last week. Just transferred the girls to 7 gallon smart pots last night. Bottom 1/3 of pot is super soil (scaled down version of SubCool’s - couldn’t find Roots Organic so I used FFOF mixed with FFHF) and rest of pot is filled with FFHF mixed with worm castings, perlite, and DTE Kelp meal (4 TBS for 5 gallons of soil). My other plant is thriving, but this one has always been a little bit slower (it’s 3 days younger than my other one if that matters). Used Great White on the roots. After the transplant I watered (enough to last them a few days and help with shock) with molasses.
I didn’t realize that I was being so heavy-handed with the nitrogen, as this plant is showing a LOT of signs of it (rear leaf has the “claw”) and all the dark green leaves. The new growth is looking sickly AF as well...what do you all think? Is she salvageable? When I water her from here on out it’s just going to be ph water or compost tea (in flower).

Any insight would be awesome!! Thanks again!

Chill out on the N brother. Should get through this just lay back a little bit

Yeah...since the other plant is doing better I’ve been treating them equally. Newbie mistake. So you’re thinking it’s not past the point of no return?

Whats your medium? Is it soil that already has nutrients?
I’m using Fox Farm Happy Frog for my base soil. I’ve amended it with Down to Earth Kelp Meal and worm castings, along with some perlite for aeration. I know the Happy Frog has SOME nutrients in there, and when I transplanted from my seedling cup to a 1 gallon pot (pot I used before this last transplant) it was just fine...I even used a little blood meal in that one...though in hindsight that could have started this N toxicity ball rolling. Just doing some trial and error...it definitely seems like getting the nutrient balance right is dancing on a knifes edge man.

Read packaging on ya soil , a good soil has nutes for 3-4 weeks with added buffers , so no need for nutes for couple weeks and no need to ph feed ever as buffers will stabalize ph automatically

I use ffof and happy frog or whatever. Both of them I don't start adding nutrients until after wk 4 and I introduce them very slowly. You can see how I introduce nutrients to my plants on my youtube channel "GrowWeedEZ 420"

I’ll have to check that out so I have good reference for my next grow. Thanks for all the advice dude!
