Hello everybody. I am a relatively new grower and this will be my journal/review of nirvana's "white castle" feminized strain. I ordered my seeds three weeks ago. They arrived 11 days after being shipped and I went to go plant 'em. The first one I germmed only popped the shell and that's it, so I bought a jiffy pellet, soaked another in a glass till it cracked open and today I have a happy wittle seedling in my closet.
I already have two grows under my belt. The first was a dud, my former roommate and I had no idea what we were doing so we pruned way too much off it and yeah...he/she died.
My second grow, went much better. My wife and I filled a 30 gallon tote with miracle gro soil and ended up with 1/2 oz total from 3 plants. Bagseed. My problem with that grow is I didn't use fertilizer or nutrients or anything and I started six in the same tote. Way too many plants in one pot so I found out.
We currently have two clones from that grow. The one I stuck in the tote by itself and(no pic, for now) and its a nice little shrub
the other is kinda just meh.
To the White Castle. Since my second grow, I got a veg feed from Schultz, that I mix with another local brand( there are farms everywhere, ferts are easy to get knock off brands or industrial strength) that seems to work well with the clones of my clones(clonettes?) and it works out that my veg feed is 25-15-15. Maybe a little off but it works fine with them.
For early flower I have Miracle gro general feed. It is 10-30-10. And for mid to late flower I have greenhouse brand's "super bloom" which is 5-55-10.
My setup is a 400w hps that my buddy gave to me. Timer from Walmart. And Mylar gift wrap on my closet walls. No fan in the closet yet, but it has an open ish roof and our attic stays wicked cool. I check the temp semi regularly and it stays 79-82* with the light. I'm excited for my little girls and am posting this journal because I HATE not being able to tell anybody other than the wife. Constructive feedback is always welcome as well as cost effective tricks you've found. As far as grow space, right now I use my closet, but we have basement that I'm building a secret room in once I have an extra hundred or two.

I didn't tell anybody which means someone came in to my house(while i wasnt there) and went snooping and yeah... I am very sad very sad indeed.
