Nirvana, scam?

i went to https://www.nirvana-shop.com/ and ordered ice seeds with my visa. i waited about a week and went to look at the order status and it said my card was rejected but they took the money off of it and didnt send the seeds...

and i know i had enough on the card i had around $70 on it originally 100 but i spent 30.

So then i called the number they gave on their website to try to get ahold ofem (0031 84 83 55 039) and then it said it could not connect when we have free long distance. any ideas what i should do? any ideas appreciated

contact them via their site.. i have purchased from them as with many others without problems. it just took over a month for me to receive the package, but it arrived.
