They look behind because of the nute burn. But then again the swell might never come. Go easier on them next time.

Im growing the same strain and it looks 100% different than what ive got. When I get back home on tuesday ill throw up some pics of 8 weeks for me.

Agreed on the the waiting, 7-14 days, they might still swell a little. Give them water, a little molasses if you want. I like using it. I think waiting to get a few amber trichs is better than having 25% clear. You'll be happier with much less clear.

When did you start counting flowering? When you changed the lights or when you noticed flowering? Where were you checking the trics? Calyxes or leaves? They don't look that bad to me, they just look like they may have another couple weeks to go at least. Last time I grew NL I am pretty sure they went 9 weeks, for me anyways. Let us know how you make out!

I agree, better to have some amber and the whole plant ripe, rather than loads of clear ones. As you start to see amber, you will notice less and less clear ones. I have never seen the whole plant show 100% milky, I always get a mix. Most of the clear trichomes are gone at about 10% to 20% amber on my White Widow. The purple I grew was hard to tell, I had to just wait for the clear ones to turn to milk on most the bud before harvest because it was very hard to tell what was amber (could be my jewelers loupe).

Some folks here freak out when you tell other growers to wait for amber, but it's a great sign of ripeness. Something you can't find in a science paper.

Good post rumple +rep! It is next to impossible, if not impossible to have 100% cloudy trics. In all likelihood you will have at least 10% amber at peak harvest.

Chances are you are only really on week 5/6 of flowering which means you have 2-3 weeks still to go, your buds will swell considerably more by then. Patience is your best friend!
