I Just started germinating. I'll update every week . Nothing to see yet.. Got 4 tap roots. One sprout and one seed waiting to pop on a paper towel.. I just planted my 3 bagseed yesterday . Probably going to put the two mango seeds in the soil tonight . I'm on a 24 hour light cycle just to keep the soil warm.. I'll go 18/6 when all 5 plants sprout.

Got one sprout (bagseed) one of the mango seeds cracked and was put in soil yesterday.. Having slow germination rates with the rest of the seeds. If all else fails I have some aurora Indica seeds that should be arriving in a few days (hopefully) . Anyway, I have two more bagseeds and 2 more mango skunk seeds in water on a heater right now. Hoping to end up with atleast 2 of each.. The one sprout is doing well.. Not much to see but I'll take a pic anyway

So it looks like we are going to end up with just 1 bagseed sprout and one mango skunk sprout. The others are still sitting in dirt with no signs of life. I don't expect them to sprout but I'll give it a week more before giving up on them. Nirvana seeds did give me an 8 dollar discount on my next order.. My 5 Aurora Indica seeds showed up today so I'm germinating 3 with my tried and true method.. Moist paper towel inside of a plastic bag on top of a ,not too hot, heat source.. Since nirvana gave me the discount I ordered 10 haze 1 beans for my next grow (discount was for only 1 seed germinating ). So in conclusion I have 2 confirmed seedlings , 4 hopefulls and 3 new aura Indica beans in germ.

So two of the 3 aurora Indica seeds I'm germinating have already cracked . Going to plant them once I get out of work this afternoon . For some reason my 10 Haze 1 seeds were put on hold for a random security check to make sure my debit card wasn't a stolen one from the internet.. It just went through and is about to be shipped and for the inconvenience nirvana will be sending some freebies!

One of the aurora Indica seeds popped out a nice tap root Literally overnight.. So in the soil she goes!

We have an aurora Indica sprout! So the one mango seed that cracked unfortunately didn't sprout.. I didn't end up with one single sprout from 5 seeds.. So I'm just germing my last 2 aurora seeds and calling it a grow. I was hoping for a 4 or 5 plant grow but I may only end up with 2 to 4.. If I'm lucky I'll still get 4 plants. 1 mystery seed and 3 aurora Indicas. I'd be satisfied with that

I'm confused. You have 2 seedlings sprouted and 2 more germinating? None of the Mango Skunk made it, just 1 bagseed and 1 Aurora Indica?

Edit: Also, what kind of soil are you using?

Yes u are correct. Sorry about the confusion, Im very all over the place with this grow. Its exactly as u said plus one more aurora Indica seed that cracked was put in soil. I'm hoping these last 2 germ out OK. Ill just grow out whatever I end up with and lst/scrog for a bigger yield . My next grow will be haze 1 and nirvana freebies.. I may not veg this grow for very long. It really depends on how things end up looking. And I'm rambling . As far as the soil it's an organic soil I picked up but I don't remember the brand. When it comes time to transplant I'm leave towards coco but I'm unsure because I'm not familiar with how it holds moisture, nutrients etc.

It just seems like you have a lot of seeds that aren't making it! I also have been ordering seeds from nirvana. I planted 2 AK48's, 1 made it and the other didnt.

You might want to check out the soil to see what you are planting your seeds in. To plant 10 seeds and end up with 2-4 survivors sounds like something is wrong. Also lighting/temp/feedings etc.

Your absolutely right.. Hopefully it's me and not the nirvana seeds because it's nice to have a reliable seed bank to order from. I have about 25 bagseed so I'm going to take 5 right now and germ them specifically to see what kind of germ rate I'm getting after changing a few things up. I think I may be keeping things too warm or not consistently warm enough. Here's 2 pics just because .. The stretched one is the bagseed. I added more light to stop the stretching but here's where we are!

Just going to soak these until they sink, put them in a moist paper towel in a warm dark place and work on getting better germination rates. This seems to be a problem area for me right now, and DOING is Learning.

Yeah figure out whatever works best for you, I would experiment with the bag-seed germination until you get better before using up the expensive seeds .

For sure.. I have 15 more seeds otw from nirvana but I won't be touching those for a while. Until then I'll keep updating the journal with the 2 sprouts and wherever else I end up with. Until then, happy growing!

I ordered a new light and it came today. Ill post pictures of the plants and pics of the new light.. just set the new light up after taking these pictures.. the plant in the big pot was getting rootbound turning REALLY yellow in the cup .I think she was nitrogen deficient so i transplanted and ordered vegging nutes and I'm hoping she returns to her natural green state .. besides that all is well ..
