Nirvana Just Fucked Me!

For 2 years I have had nothing but good things to say about their customer service. I just got fucked on a $200 order. I emailed them after 2 weeks and told them it had not arrived. He said wait until the 3rd of June and then he will go talk to management. I said I do not want to wait another 3 weeks and then 10 days for you to reship. Bill me for another oder so I can get what I need. So, today I get an email that say he will reship half my order. Fuck that. I have had seeds that didnt germ and they were replaced no questions asked. WTF?

After nirvana told me to wait, I placed an order with everyonedoesit, my order took about 3 weeks , after 2 weeks I emailed them and told them I had not gotten my order, it took 4 days to respond but they were more than glad to refund or reship my entire order. Their communication sucks but they are winning in my book.
 
ordering beans is risky biznis :( sucks that your having a hard time getting some genetics. try attitude or dr chronics :)

I couldn't imagine waiting 2-4 weeks just for some seeds.

I place my order with attitude and I get my seeds in 6 days.
And when I check my tracking they usually get handed over to usps after 4-5 days.

I am in the us, I alway got my shipments from nirvana in 7- 10 days. that's why at 14, I told them something was wrong.
 
Patience is a virtue my friend. I have ordered from them before, and it has taken up to six weeks to receive my order. I wouldn't suggest you being rude and demanding with them, they cannot speed up the shipping process. For all you know they may have beeh caught up in customs.
 
I wasn't rude or demanding, just stated I was not happy with their offer to only replace half the order and if that was all they could do , I would be reluctant to make any future orders.

I dont blame ya man , id feel the same way....ignore anyone givin u a hastle i swear when folks dont have their bud they decide its cool to jump on the forum and start bashin on people for no reason. You were merely looking out for the rest of us , I certainly will remain at attitude i was actually thinking of ordering a pack of blackjack off nirvana site cuz attitude does not carry nirvanas blackjack and i really want a longer lasting high to be being grown under my lights , I wont be now lol.
 
how many times has nirvana replaced your order? my wife is a return queen, buy it and decide she doesn't like it and return the next day. she did it at wal mart so much that they banned her from returning stuff and she always had a reciept. nirvana has always treated me right but i gave the attitude a try when i seen their june special. good luck with it....
 
I have grown their blackjack several times. It was nice. I liked the master kush better. Blackjack I a long flowering strain. I think it was 12 to 13 weeks flowering both times.

They have never replaced a complete order. Just a few random seeds here and there that didn't germinate. One time they shorted me on a kush order & they replaced it. I agree If you piss and moan all the time to them about everything, they should have the right to tell you to get real.
 
i would never place a large order , just in case
always make small orders , so if sumthing happens , your not out alot of money
 
I agree with attitude being okay BUT don't complain to them if your beans don't germ. They will tell you to get bent and take it up with the breeder.
 
I have to take it all back. Today I received the replacement order and it was 75% complete not the original 50% offer. This I can live with. I really think they meant to send it all and just made a mistake. I got an email saying they were shipping a replacement order, so I didn't know what to expect. I told them today this was good enough and thanks for coming to the table and making it right.
 
Sweet! glad to hear that got resolved, I just got my first nirvana master kush seed about 3 weeks ago, Hope its bomb!!!
