Night light

I have 9 sproutlings outside 24/7 now and I was wondering if it would be ok to bring them in at night and put a couple lights on them mst of the night.

If so what kind of lights should I use.

I should add that they only get about 8 hours of direct light a day, so I just want to help them grow a little faster until they get to be about a foot.

If you are vegging, then this will only help speed up their growth, I have been doing this for a long time....I use 400 and 600W HIDs.... I do not know if cfls will do the same "trick"

Cool. I just want to get them to about a foot tall faster, and then I will just leave them on their own to soak up as much light as they can all day.


Blue spectrum is veg right?

right....blue = veg

And yeah cfl's will work but 8 hours of light sounds like plenty....GOOD LUCK
