Sounds like a scale......they are not your friend.....
Take that bug off the plant...and squish that fucker.
example of scale:......looks similar to ladybug.....

how do you get bugs inside your indoor grow, i have never heard of such problems in the uk

i best keep a look out then seen as its getting close to summer here and all the bugs are coming otu to play especially the wasps n bee's

just be carful what sort of plants you come in contact outside..also pets are a bad carrier as well
