Newly planted seedling lights

Hello everyone. I have 18 seedlings that just sprouted in cups. I have planted them in promix. I have 3 t5 14w lights for these seedlings. Is that enough? I am going to move them into mh/hps once they get big enough, I am just starting them in fluorescent.

I would say invest in a shop light (t12) and two daylight bulbs. Keep lamp no more than 3'' from canopy, and you'll experience great growth and health of seedlings. Cfl's are better for plants larger than 6'', as they can be centered on individuals. Top lighting from tubular florescent lamps is wonderful for seedlings.
