Newbie with too much space

Hey all.
Like the typical newbie "I've done a lot of research" seriusly I have. So I have a 23'x10' spare room that im currently gutting and converting to a grow room.

I'm looking at setting up 2 rooms 12 veg 12 flower, my only concern thus far is lighting. Before I wanted to separate the room I was thinking 3 1000 watt lights would be fine. Venting isn't much of a problem I'll be cutting into the chimney to vent the heat out. Attached is my amazing art work of the room as well as a picture of slanted ceilings. Any input on recommended lights/total watts and where u would split room would be great.

id try to grow A plant before you went to crazy, just my opinion not talking shit...ive had plenty of friends do the same thing then not be able to handle the environment, I have ten plants in a 7x7x7 going in to flower but its a lot of damn work..lol but for reals pop a seed in a small area get it going while your building and see what you think...my point for saying this is only because if its your first grow its better to mess one plant up rather then 20 and then you get to think Ifyou wanna grow 100 plants or 5 or the limit.....hahhahaha Im so stoned

but here look at my 7x7x7 and my bubble box plants def have been trimmed since the photos to get 20 nice clones.....I have 10 plants in the tent and 20 in the stealth bubble box im jealous of your space thats all lol but im still gunna throw 20 in my tent this time and do dwc...scrog

anys ways for that size room id have prob like 8 tables and id run some old school flos..maybe 8x8 flos with around 100 plants!

big grow rooms lead to big mistakes ..start small buy a tent ...

And smaller rooms are easier to dial in them big rooms.

Cheaper is a better word than easier imho.

That ceiling is the big limiting factor.

Definitely crawl before walking.

The men who say put up some tents are right.......Skip spending your hard earned quatloo's on a room like that's conversion!
Slip into a couple of Secret Jardan 5x5's for flowering and a 4x8 for propagation and veg. Run a 1k in blockbuster 6" hoods in the 5x5's and 2 - 8 bulb 4' T5 HO's in the 4x8.
You will very easily be on your way to a perpetual grow and produce far more then you think every 8-10 weeks. Bonus is if your thinking you may employ gas? It is very easy to control in the 5 bys! Other things like heat and humidity will become less of a challenge also....

If you can't fit 5x5's into the room due to the height problem. Run 4x4's,,,,same lighting, but run 4 of them, with 3 being flower and 1 being prop/veg.....you can then increase your output and decrease your time between harvests.....

Well yes they are cheaper to setup but also easier to DIAL in all environmental factors.

Thanks you everyone for the input. My main reason for utilizing the whole room was to basically setup a foundation for a bigger grow.. State law only allows me 12 veg 12 flower.
