Newbie with lights, need help!!

That's a 100w equivalent, not actual wattage. Will that be enough lighting to grow them? Yes. Will that be enough lighting to produce anything of value? Not even. You want about 100 true watts, or ~3000-5000 lumens minimum per plant.
