newbie saying hello

Hello guys and gals, yep its true i am newbie to the site and to all of it in general, sry to say i dont partake in the 4/20 pleasures never set well with me, but my wife is really sick so I started growing to help her beable to eat and slow down the nausea it works pretty well and she is happer so its a win win HAHA anyway any tips you have for a bigginer indoor grower would be helpfull. I have a fairly good sized grow room and have gotten 11 palnts gowing from seeds, i am using florests for the starting station and after that i have three 400 wt mth lights for my veg and my budding cycle so i will se how it gows and kep you all informed
