Newbie Question Nutes in a hydro system

Sorry everyone. I have a newbie question about hydro systems. When you put nutes in the water, they sink to the bottom of the reservior. I'm I suppose to stir it up everyday or is it suppose to just lie at the bottom? Thanks for the input. :weed:

If you have a good airstone or two in your setup, most of your nutes will not sink to the bottom. This is not to say they wont at all.....but it will mitigate your problem. I usually stir my nutes once a week (wed or thurs since I flush and refill sundays).

DOESNT THE AIR BUBBLES NATURALLY MIX THE NUTES CONSTANTLY.... :leaf:

I know that this is going to sound really stupid,but what is a airstone? Is that the stone filter attached in the end of a airhose? If so then no I don't have one. I'm not running any air into it at all. Should I?

I have a drip system with a 20 gal. reservior. Pump going to plants and two draining tubes flowing back to the reservior from either side of the 2x4 planter. That is it. No air. Nutes seem to fall to the bottom and I find myself stirring it up every day.

It's Barneys Farm 8 Ball Kush. Although because of restrictions put on my by the wife that is actually not a pic of my own grow. However.....with topping at the 4th node and the right lighting it pretty much grows just like that.
