NEWBIE.. NEED ADVISE!!! (Update)

Thanks for the Feedback. I got a couple of 23watt 1600 lumen bulbs. I setup two. Should I put 2 more or is this fine? any other advise??

Yeah, you're gonna need more light. Especially for that many plants. It might do for now (don't know cuz I've never had that many going under just two lights) but you'll DEFINATELY need more light as they start to grow.
