newbie lighting questions all advice appreciated

first off this is my first grow
and yes i've ran through the growwFAQ and most of the site in general
and i still can't find the answer to this question

1. What should my lighting schedule be with floros on bagseed for optimum growth i know it may not be able to be exact but a general answer is better than none
i need to know the amount of weeks it should be on starting from the beginning dort of like a timeline and and whether it should be 24/7 12/12 whatever, etc.
2. should one clip-on oscillating fan provide enough stem mmovement and circulation for six plants in an giant open tupperware bin?
 
yea i'm in week two and that's what i've been doing
i would use some better lights but i already had these and they seem to be working well
how long should i keep them on all the time someone else in another thread said until they get between 8' -12' but i wanted a timeframe
 
two i think they are 8 inch i have the inside lined with relective stuff too
one is called a soft day tone or something it's like a soft whitish light with maybe a hint of blue i can't recall the name i open the package a couple weeks ago and the other is slightly more red/warm in tone it light the area fairly well
 
you wouldn't be placed with the growrate man :D ....get more lights.you should use "whitish light with maybe a hint of blue" for the veg stage.8" fluros are far from enough man.better try that out - GROWFAQ .

growrate?
what would you recommend or that size then and somebody said to use a combo of different light spectrum the whole way through
i already tryed the growFAQ
 
does the clip on fan make the stems and branches move? if so, then it will work. ;)

i always run 24/0 for the lights in veg. let those little girls be all they can! with floros there isnt even the argument of saving power to drop to 18/6.
 
so i'm gonna go ahead and leave on them on 24/0 but for how many weeks from the start and then what schedule should i go to from there on?
i'm thinking 12/0 for the first 4-6 weeks and then 12/12 from there on out does that sound right

What? What the fuck is 12/0? There are 24 hrs in a day.

Do you mean 24/0 for the first 4-6 weeks and then 12/12?

If that's what you meant that'll be just fine. Sounds like a plan to me. =)

yea, sry man typing error that's what i meant
what are good signs to begin flowering?
and how long sshould i flower?
it's bagseed so..
and also with tying the branches down how short can i kep the plant because that's a bit of concern
