how long has the soil been wet?

and i would boost the watt of the cfl.


Approximate light production:
Incandescents: 17 lumens/watt
Mercury vapor: 45-50 lumens/watt
Fluorescents: 60-70 lumens/watt
Metal halide: 90 lumens/watt
High pressure sodium: 107 lumens/watt

MH is optimal for veging if u can get ur hands on one of them

Not optimal for flowering, will suffice though, if u use with warm spectrum CFLs

kk lol i couldn't remember if it was warm CFLs lol(Wonder why =P) but yeah gives u the red spectrum u need for flowering and the lumens come from the good ol' MH

THC head.. not been wet for long, just watered them... do you think the yellow tips could be overwatering?

yellow tips could mean many things. overheat, stress, nute burn, ect

no problem.
uberpea is right it could be anything.
just make shore the dirt is dry before watering
