Trying to eliminate a lot of misinformation
my auto still didn’t bloom, I did flip it to 12-12’last week and now I’m seeing sign of pre-flowering, so that’s very good after growing for almost 3 months with no bloom, and getting between 3-4 feet tall, my dilemma is can I switch it back to 8/6 from the 12/12.
Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated

If it's an auto it doesn't matter.

Sounds like it wasn’t a auto. Flipping it back now will make it re veg and set you back at least a month before you’ll be able to flower it again.

I have about 14 autos, Various strains.
few of the lush, gorilla glue,critical purple tangerine dream and type of strain
I use fox farm feeding schedule for my nutrients, and a couple of spider 3000 leds.
with 18/6 during veg, just switched to 12/12

Can I go back to 18/6 after having to put it on 12/12 to get them to bloom, the breeder insisted that they autoflowers

I take it they are not a mainstream autoflower breeder?
