To start, you need bigger containers. Those one gallon jugs are simply not going to cut it. I see only one light in the photo, get more and get them closer before it's too late. Your plants are stretched like crazy. Not saying they're not salvageable, but you've got to make some changes. Read up on here about lighting, possibly some supplemental nutrients, container size and root growth, and you may still turn those into something productive. Start with better/more lighting, and bigger containers.
