Your problem is either too much water or wacked out pH... check your soil's pH and don't forget to wait for the soil to dry before watering again.
My soil ph was at 8 water a 8 and it had nutes already into mix....I switch the soil completey ,now its 6.5 and water 6.5 and there are some nutes because of mg perlite only 1 i could find........threw away 1 seedling because I think I overwatered to much the soil was real wet at the bottom of the cup..other 2 seedling has been getting no water for a 4 days 1 is still droopy...
